Our Processes

Our corporate promise is “On Time, The First Time, Every Time”. To achieve this promise, we follow a detailed process that allows us to stay on track and deliver the highest quality composite products in North America. 

 

The process begins with a collaborative consultation to understand the scope of your project. Our experienced team of engineers, designers, chemical engineers, quality assurance team members and project managers participate in the consultation to ensure that all aspects of the project are fully understood. Every detail is thoroughly examined prior to production. Designs are reviewed by our engineering and project management teams, budget and timing are established, and only once all drawings are signed off, do we begin the production process.

 

Next, our team gets to work utilizing a combination of expert knowledge and innovative technology to bring your vision to life. As an ISO 9001:2015 certified facility, we have strict processes in place to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied. Our customers are always invited to collaborate in person or online and our production facility is open to visitors at any time during the process.

About FRP

In our industry, the term “composite” refers to a combination of resin and fibre reinforcement, which we call fibre-reinforced polymers (FRP). FRPs are some of the world’s strongest and most versatile materials for their weight. They are also customizable as the component materials that make up the composite can be adjusted and fine-tuned to create varying physical properties. Consequently, this enables FRPs to be used in a myriad of different applications.
